Ingredients

  • Nourish Poha – 2cup.
  • Potato – 1 (peeled and chopped in small chunks)
  • Carrot – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Green peas – 1/4 cup.
  • Baby corn – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Salty Sev – 1/2 cup.
  • Oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Curry leaves – 6-7
  • Lemon – 1
  • Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Brown mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – Less than 1 tsp (or as per taste)
  • Nourish Sugar – 1 tsp.

Methods

Step 1

Clean poha. Place poha in a sieve and add water into it to wash. When water drains out completely add 1/2 tsp salt and sugar into it. Now keep it aside for 15 minutes.
