Ingredients
- Nourish Poha – 2cup.
- Potato – 1 (peeled and chopped in small chunks)
- Carrot – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Green peas – 1/4 cup.
- Baby corn – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Salty Sev – 1/2 cup.
- Oil – 3-4 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 6-7
- Lemon – 1
- Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
- Brown mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – Less than 1 tsp (or as per taste)
- Nourish Sugar – 1 tsp.
Methods
Step 1
Clean poha. Place poha in a sieve and add water into it to wash. When water drains out completely add 1/2 tsp salt and sugar into it. Now keep it aside for 15 minutes.
