Usage
- Rinse the dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 2-3 hours before cooking. This will help to reduce the cooking time and improve the texture of the dal.
- After soaking, drain the water and rinse the dal once again.
- Add the dal to a pressure cooker with 2-3 cups of water, along with any desired spices, and cook for 3-4 whistles on medium flame.
