Sunflower oil is an excellent example of healthy cooking oil because it is rich in Vitamin E and low in saturated fats but high in polyunsaturated fats. This oil is extracted from sunflower seeds and is known for its enticing golden hue and nutty texture. It has a smoke point of 475°F, making it ideal for deep frying and sauteing.
